went for a run today!!!!
okae.. i know.. its SHOCKING.. but i did it okae.. lol.. so BIG CLAPS FOR XH!!! =D woo.. but must jian chi (i keep using this word ah.. =P) FOR NAPFA.. soon i will run like the wind.. eheehee.. XD
